  1. Why one would eat salmon is beyond me. It's a carnivorous fish quite high up the food chain and with a long lifespan before reproduction, e.g. high in bioaccumulated heavy metals. If one wants to eat fatty fish go for herring. It's delicious smoked or brined, is low in the food chain and fast growing, e.g. low in heavy metals, and is nutritionally at least as good as salmon is. Mackerel is another alternative, slightly higher up the food chain than herring but still a fast growing fish. It can be made into a bread spread or salad just like salmon. Tuna is even worse in terms of heavy metals by the way, being very slowly maturing apex predator or near apex predator fish.

  3. Haha. If I wanted a 'transcendent experience' I'll put on my headphones and listen to a Bruckner symphony. The only thing I expect from a 'coffee experience' is a cup of brew that tastes good. Can't fathom how gullible people must be to fall for their marketing schemes.
