It's not about stopping teenagers from watching porn. It's about stopping production companies from making it. Which is possible. The only reason a whole porn industry, rather than some couples sharing their sex videos, exists, is because it is legal.
If it was not legal to produce and distribute porn, we'd have some hobbyists sharing their videos for a kick via Whatsapp, Telegram, and some shady message boards online. Not fully professional studios producing 4K films with professional lighting, editing, and the lot, using massive amounts of bandwidth to reach their audiences.
It's not about putting an end to porn, it's about destroying the industry. Which is possible. If we did that, pornographic content would over time almost completely come to exist out of private videos made by couples just for the kick. Which would mean that there'd be much less of a toxic influence and degrading portrayal of sex, because couples treat each other in much more natural ways, as they genuinely care for one another instead of treating each other as pieces of meat.
