  1. Not a traitor, just someone with no understanding of basic game theory. It was the hydrogen bomb which made nuclear warfare prohibitively expensive for both the winning and losing party, thus ensuring that the 'game' of nuclear warfare will not be played. No matter how evil a tyrant is, and no matter how corrupt a regime: nuclear warfare is suicidal and if even Kim Jong-Un or a Saddam-type of leader would want to drop a nuke he'd be hanging from piano wire soon after with his inner circle deposing him and having him executed.
