Christianity doesn't mandate punishments for apostates and has no doctrine of offensive religious warfare and its definition of martyrs is those who didn't fight for their faith but refused to renounce it under duress and were executed for it. Worldly leaders committed crimes out of the name of Christianity but there's no link whatsoever to any of its teachings. Not even the Inquisition was based on religious doctrines but on man-made ecclesiastic law not sourced from scripture.

  2. The whole of Turkey is built on population displacement, genocide, and forced assimilation. While a significant portion of the gene pool of Turkey is European in origin, the Turks originally came from Central Asia and Christians, mostly Greeks but also Armenians, were a majority of the Anatolian population well into the 16th century. They weren't exterminated as a whole (although many genocidal events occurred over centuries) but mostly forcibly assimilated into Turkish culture. Turks in the Netherlands are some of the most vocal proponents of blood libel against Israel here on Youtube, especially on the channel of the national news outlet NOS. When I point out the blatant hypocrisy while referencing their own nation's history, they tend to either just not reply, or when they do, go completely berserk. They are, on average, about as genetically Turkish as Ashkenazi Jews are genetically Middle Eastern but of course they can own their country where other populations used to live and Turkish tribesmen came as invaders, but when the Jews regain their ancestral homeland it's suddenly unacceptable to them.

  3. The Christianity we practice today worships Christ but is really the doctrines set out by Paul of Tarsus. Paul of Tarsus was Jewish but he was a Hellenised Jew and it was him who laid out many of the foundations for the non-Jewish elements of the Christian religion, for instance the missionary drive to convert heathens - as well as concessions made to that end, like no longer mandating circumcision or adhering to the Kashrut.
