  2. If you consider mailing out 180 million ballots even though many states don't have protections against voter harvesting, legit, then yes. They might not have won through fraud but through gaming the (deeply flawed) system legally.

According to him, Donald Trump isn't a 'charismatic challenger', the administration isn't 'embroiled in a scandal' and the 'short term and long term economic outlook is positive'. This guy's an imbecile. Donald Trump is in fact charismatic. Kamala Harris is involved in the scandal of covering up Joe Biden's dementia. People have a hard time trying to pay for groceries, gas, and housing, and Social Security funds will be empty a couple of years from now.
