  1. They should award full custody to the parent lowest in neuroticism as long as the resulting parent isn't antisocial or has very low impulse control. Which will in the vast majority of cases be the father. Divorced women are higher than the average woman in trait neuroticism and women are higher in the trait compared to men anyways and the vast majority of men they divorce aren't antisocial brutes but just ordinary guys. Who, more often than not, are just chucked aside by their cheating wife because it's significantly easier for women to get laid than for men so more women cheat than men but the few high status men who cheat tend to be prolific adulterers. For the latter category there should be other punitive measures like hefty fines and being publicly shamed to bring their social status down to the point that women don't want them anymore. It's better to be raised by the father than by a neurotic mother. And if the father is incapable he can still let the mother raise the children because not being named the custodian doesn't mean that the actual custodian can't allow one free access to one's children if no other relevant court order to that end was issued. This would have the added side effect of dramatically lowering the divorce rate of couples with children because 80% of divorces are instigated by the woman and most divorces are no-fault divorces e.g. for frivolous reasons. Also, marital infidelity should be an immediate ground for not awarding custody. We should stop putting up with female narciccism and vindictiveness just like we don't put up with males being violent to their wives and children. Most of the ills stemming from no-fault divorces can be solved if we approach the matter from an evolutionary psychological perspective.

  2. This is NOT 'struggling'. The deer is keeping its centre of gravity low, so there's no risk of injury, and as the nearest area offering some friction is never far, there's also no risk of exhaustion. It just looks comical.

  3. This isn't stupidity. It's evil. If the mother was stupid, given how intelligence is 80% genetic, this boy would not have been a good pupil to the extent the school not noticing any developmental problems. It's an extreme case of something which, in less severe cases, has become socially acceptable: placing one's sexual gratifications over family values.
