  1. Well I think it's that hot for brewing and because a bunch of times you don't want to drink it right away. I would rather have a very hot cup of coffee and wait 1-2 minutes than have a not so hot coffee that's almost cold by the time I get to drink it. Also, holding a non-rigid cup of liquid between your tights while trying to work with the cup is asking to spill all of it. All that needs to happen that while you are removing the lid, your tighs tighten and there you go. Also you can feel how hot it is when you try to pick it up. So instead of doing that, you move the cup to somewhere where some spill won't get on you. I mean sure, everyone derps once or twice, and it's unfortunate that she derped such serious injuries. And even if Mc'Donalds wasn't at fault, they should have given her something. But all in all, it was her brain going full dumdum that caused this incident.

  2. No, she did not. Coffee = hot; hot = burns It's that simple. If it burns you then lesson = learned If you start assuming things, that's on you as well.

  3. That's why I added that a paper cup or whatever they serve the coffee in is probably thin enough for you to measure how hot the liquid inside is.
