  1.  @aaronsirkman8375  I went to read on his bio on wikipedia to be sure, it does not seem to me like he was a traitor. His state receded from the union to create the confederacy, right? And he had fought for said confederacy until the end of the war. Didn't seem like he was betraying anyone, to be honest.
