It might be just my prejudice but the race looks like some scaly creep made it. I don't know exactly why and how but there is a distinct art-style, even if you have worgen art and worgen art or dragonkin art and dragonkin art, one is art and the other is art and somehow you know which one is which. I think this is the bad one. But after Vulpera I haven't been expecting anything good anyway. It's all scream "I'm so super and special and super special, I deserve everything" But maybe I just imagine it. Either way not gonna play unless they introduce racial extermination mechanics. If my race was decimated by bullshit lore reasons I should be able to maul all these furries to oblivion.
