And I can tell when someone who is a "real" and a "person" just copypastes something and doesn't give a shit too. So you spam them with mails until finally some bored yet still overworked, potentially outsources indian guy looks at your ticket, decides it's not worth to try to comprehend the english words then copypastes the block his boss told him to use and closes the ticket. What a fucking charm to work with.

@Telltalesign You are supposed to contact the moderators then. You can't tell me, that the only connection I as a customer have is customer service but you the customer service can't do anything, because it's not your job to handle game chat, the reason for which the customer is connecting to you.

@Regexion And mind you many years ago the state was the reverse, support was amazing. Hell, not WoW, but during the main champaign of ESO I have completed a quest I didn't want to complete yet and the game progressed automatically. I wrote to the support whom uncompleted the quest for me so I could do it the way I wanted to. Amazing experience. 10 or so years ago. All gone.

@Telltalesign See, this is why you are trash. Or very well played role of the average L1 indian "support" who gets paid like 2 pennies a day to "work". In which case my hats off to you sir, I have been had, well done.

@Telltalesign If you want to know my only gaming grieveance is the time I was (and the entire guild) banned for "racism" or similar (no example given, had to epster support for any reasoning whatsoever) from Conan Exiles. But I'm L3 support in another field and it's really painful to work with you.
