@Jabarri74 Well, bots weren't really devman and publishman's fault, right? But for MMOs I feel like it was okey to pay a subscription and then pay for expansions. It felt like a premium thing however, the most expensive way to play videogames. How things are today is different from those times, significantly.

@Joullele9 Well yes, but often so it happens that the game behind it is or could have been good. And unfortunately most people just say "well I accept the corpo crap so I can play the game I have waited for" and then of course very often disappointment follows. I suppose one way to have cake but eat it too is to simply pirate the hell out of it. That's what I do with Paradox games for instance, I'll simply not wait 3-4 years so I can spend €250 on a game where gameplay is mostly "press space and wait until something happens" For Blizzard however, you are 100% right and the only correct way of handling this is to not buy anything.
