I really can't tell how's one different from another, but I can see the difference. For me, I had no issues with worgen (old monster modell or cata modell either), didn't seem off, but maybe it was. Tauren seemed fine as well. But somehow both the Vulpera and this draconid race feels off, like if some degenerate made them or something.
