I only know the guy because everyone talks about him and memes him, but it kinda feels like this is sort of a "I'm just trolling bro" moment and not really a "2 steps ahead" I mean maybe 2 steps ahead of a heart attack, but that's not a lot of steps. He still choose to abuse his own body, free to do it he might be, for money and apparently fame, but I don't think it's a mastermind move to shit your bed, clean it up, but lie that you didn't clean it for 2 years, now is it? Or maybe I just don't know what's going on.
