@macmac1022 Why not? It's a terrifying and terrifyingly beautiful phonemon, isn't it? On top of that it would be pretentious to, well, pretend to be emotionally attached to people you never knew and likely would have never known whatsoever. If I'm not getting anxiety attacks over the countless horrors going on everywhere why would this be special, eh? The Hurricane, now that is something to behold.

@Kwahzutah It's not pretentious when you are there. It is when I'm literally on the other side of the planet. Your wishes for the future has very little effect on nature, I'm afraid. Hell, it has very little effect on people too. Across the border Ukraine is fighting a war and yet our little pig of a prime minister is ready and eager to suck some tiny russian cock. My options to deal with this issue is very limited. Your options to deal with a hurricane is essentially nonexistent.

@CosmosRead-xs7qm Yes, but the world is choke-full with this type of misery, I mean fair enough, just because you can't care for all of them you can pick and choose whatever you like. Just makes no sense to pretend you are broken up about it and if you are broken up about it, what's the point? Or do you think that this type of empathy is what gives people the motivation to help each other? Because if so, that's pretty pathetic imo.
