@cals2889 I think the singleplayer/story was actually pretty good for an ARPG The art/music was good as well and I do like how the druid is set thematically. Sadly, however, you don't play ARPGs for their story, if you want a story-heavy game you play dunno Mass Effect or Baldur's Gate or what else. If you want thematically superior you play FromSoft games. You play ARPG for the monster-slaying loop. And it's painfully thin in DIV and based on these updates there is 0% chance that they go on a route like PoE where every season adds so much that no matter the lean start it will be fat after a few updates. They actually put down some foundations they could have built, not an outstanding game, but a decent one. But nope. Also I want to specifically come out and say that I had more fun in multiplayer playing D1 than D4, where multiplayer essentially doesn't exist, in spite of always online. I bought D4, I did not expect outstanding quality or long player retention and I was still disappointed by the endgame.
