@SkubaStevetheSuperhero Are you suggesting that 230.3 billion dollar is insignificant? Because if not then I would guess that it IS much better. Now of course you could argue why even give $1, but do you believe for even a second that your gov. would fund something like this out of the goodness of their heart? Also try to not ignore details like how a lot of the equipment in fact has a shelf-life and needs to be cycled anyway. But all of this is just a song and dance around resources in Ukraine, nothing more. Trump is inflating the perception of the contribution the US made to try and make a better deal for said resources. That's actually kinda his job. But don't go thinking this isn't an investment.
