Yeah, for me return to office got reduced into "I'm either working from home or I'm not working" and that was it. My company is so crappy that only it's size (and critical nature of it's service) is what is keeping it together, but people who know how to do shit are constantly leaving. I'm currently actively at odds with management because, adjusting to inflation, I'm making less money now than I was making when I started 4 years ago in a junior position (currently in a senior position)

@ascend2046 Management's response was that "Inflation following salary is not company policy" And like 2-3 other similarly calming sentences. It's not even an easily replaceable position...
