So if I'm getting this straight, ad revenue is pooled. So let's say BurningPassion, a company specializing on getting rid of maracuja trees pays twitch $20.000 to show their ad for a month. If during this month there are 1000 view count, then every view is worth $20, a cut of which is then given to the streamer, meaning if people start up ad farms, every view would only worth a fraction of that and streamers with actual streams and viewers would suffer as a result? I mean obviously the contract has to account for the extremes, so I'm guessing there is a minimum fee which increases as views are added until a cap after which the price/ad decreases.
