  1. Exactly. Although arguably PoE already proven that +x stat minor nodes can be made interesting with other interactions and DIV is yet to reveal real depth if it has any. But on the other hand exactly that, the game is not out, and they are showing some of the features. Lest people forget PoE didn't came out with all it's content like it's today and in fact early seasons were really simple compared to what we have now. But yet again, fair to expect DIV to start way above of how PoE was like 10 years ago or when it went playable the first time. My extra added concern here is that the text stipulates that it caps at 25% which means that most of these are capped. So no crazy meme builds like on PoE looks like it. Otherwise the content shown is about right, seeded for future additions and a good base.
