I find good looking, but not overly sexualized to be the best. And I find deliberately uglified/morphed/changed to achieve some kind of political correctness or catering to loud and stupid minority group to be the worst. And I actually find people whose first order of business to install "sexy" "nude" and ""beautiful"" mods to their games rather pathetic. Dude, just get a girlfriend, don't ruin the aesthetic vision of the developers just because you are horny. I have a chuckle everytime I see a skyrim video with a plastic doll in it. Yeah maybe it's hot and sexy but doesn't fit the setting. And neither does woke propaganda. Other than that, both the thematic realism of making inperfect characters and the thematic fantasy of perfect and/or completely unrealistic characters have merit. And when I say that "this girl looks unrealistic" I actually want to say "The proportions of this piece of artwork are so off that I experience it as grotesque.", I'm just stupid, okey?
