  12.  @dittohead7044  This issue about Royal Lodge is actually nothing to do with Charles as it concerns the Royal Estate .The media have tried to drag the King into a dispute with Andrew but in fact he has tried to help his brother . The property in question was not gifted to the Duke of York.He lives at Royal Lodge in accordance with the terms of a lease he negotiated after the death of the Queen Mother .In accordance with the lease he is responsible for all repairs and unfortunately he has neglected them for some years. Work is apparently underway on the roof but there are other urgent repairs needed I believe . I think people do not understand that Andrew has got his affairs in a mess and like a good brother Charles is trying to help .

  37. Vicki I don't think H is a favourite but Charles is a sensitive man who probably feels guilty about the way his two sons have been brought up. He might blame himself for not being a better father and that makes him reluctant to take effective action against H & M . Perhaps Charles might benefit from family therapy because he needs to understand that Harry's mental health problems may be attributed to an inheritance from Diana .

The Queen gifted the Harkles a 2 year lease renewable annually on Frogmore Cottage on the basis that they would be full time representatives of the Royal family. MM decided they could be better off in the U S A and announced Megxit in 2020 and indeed the last duty performed was in the early part of that year. It follows that the Harkles ceased to be full time representatives of the Monarchy in 2020 and it is about time that the decision was taken not to renew the lease. A valuable property should not be left empty for month after month and year after year particularly in a time when people are homeless .
