I for one think he did the right thing but H then took to telephoning his grand mother .So much for financial independence. What a hypocrite H has turned out to be. He probably deserves to be married to MM .

I gather that on one occasion MM turned up at Polo Match with a doll and people did not know how to react as it was so odd ; this was shortly after Archie was supposed to have been born. By the way after investigation by the Media in the U K and the U S A there is no trace of MM giving birth in any hospital .

  12. Red currant the behaviour of the Media and the behaviour of H & M is actually a scandal. I can't help thinking that while fox hunting has been banned in the U K no one has given a thought to the persecution of the Princess of Wales and her family . Where will all of this horror end ?

  15.  @heatherives8646  I think H was and is a troubled soul. If he had not married MM he might have sought treatment for his mental health problems and his addictions but I think his father is aware that he is not capable of carrying out the duties of a Senior Royal.

  24.  @lynnmeyers10  I do not think the Prince of Wales was immature when he married Diana Spencer .His problem was finding a woman who was willing to marry him and was acceptable to his parents ,the citizens of the U K and the Commonwealth. I think Charles was willing to commit to Diana but unfortunately he soon found she was mentally unstable and that they had nothing in common ; she was not interested in the environment.

It was not easy to reach this position because a bloody Civil War in the Seventeen Century enabled Parliament to reduce the power of the King / Queen .I suggest you try to find a book which explains the U K Constitution.

  36.  @cberry6751  Charles inherited the structure from his Mother and he is trying to update it with help from the Prince of Wales. It does take time because you do not want to offend traditionalists but I agree a lot of the honours system is out of date and absurd . It has not helped to have had the distractions of the Harkles and the ill health of both the King and the Princess of Wales but hopefully progress can be made .
