Jill the house Andrew lives in was not a wedding gift to Andrew because it was not owned by HM the Queen .Andrew's mother did give Sarah and Andrew a huge property but that was sold many years ago. A long lease on Royal Lodge was granted to Andrew on condition he maintained the property but he no longer has the money to do that which is why it would be sensible for him to move to Frogmore Cottage ?

  15.  @gizellaannam.7906  Almost every child has a complaint about their upbringing but H seems to believe that his older brother was always unfairly favoured .He does not appear to understand that his own inadequacies played a part in creating a situation where William played a protective role in his life over many years .I think H is incapable of taking a considered view of the family dynamic and his malicious wife is using this to destroy his relationship with his father and brother .Personally I would just walk away from the Harkles but I understand why Charles feels he can't do that .

  17. April on her wedding day my father was driven to the Church with my younger sister. He did not have a high opinion of her fiance and she was only 18. Before they got to their destination he said to her you can change your mind. The marriage was very unhappy and by the time she was 21 it was over.

  18. Terri there was a temporary arrangement which enabled Eugenie to live at Frogmoor but it has ended. H & M were not entitled to sub let the property.

I value the contribution of the Royal family to our National life and prefer a Monarch to a Putin, a Trump or a Biden. Yes the King / Queen does have a role in deciding who is to be the Head of government otherwise why did Liz Truss make the journey to Balmoral and it is the Head of State who has to sign off new laws hence the boxes of papers delivered each day which have to be dealt with. May I suggest if you do not like the U K of 2024 it is your right to find a more congenial country where you can have something new to complain about .I wish you luck in finding somewhere willing to take you . Meanwhile I hope those of us who place a value on tradition unite together to tell people like you a few home truths .
