Perhaps H has a poor memory or may be he knew that his issue with the Cottage might be rubbished if he admitted his taller brother and sister in law had lived there with their eldest child for 2 years . I do not remember William having to visit Accident and Emergency after banging his head while he lived at Nottingham Cottage.

  9.  @Hypocrisywatch1  Families are not usually abusive and there is nothing wrong with a little rough and tumble .When behaviour is abusive then the Social Services and the Police need to be involved . When there are no witnesses and the dog bowl has been disposed of it is futile to involve the Police in my opinion.

He can only make an impact if he is given the information .I doubt his advisors are clued up about urban deprivation which is why he needs an independent source of information. Charles actually cares and that is more I can say about the Tory government which is currently running the country.

  24.  @ST-rj8iu  Prince Charles built up the properties he inherited as Prince of Wales and he was able to pay Diana 20 million pounds as a Divorce settlement. It is half of that sum plus interest which was inherited by H and the Queen Mother also left him a substantial sum as well.

  29. Adrienne the Harkles probably did not prepare a sensible business plan , hired too many people and spent too much on a fancy house which resulted in higher outgoings than income.They also lost money on Netflix shares and in the collapse of a Californian bank .

Angel I think MM was rather upset because she was not offered a Castle .She did try to persuade H M the Queen to share Windsor Castle but was rebuffed unceremoniously and ended up with Frogmoor Cottage . Shortly after moving in to the house she decided to find her own Castle in the New World firstly in Canada and then in California.

  48. Kathy of course you are right as there are many people who are materially worse off than the Princess of Wales. However they have a great advantage over Catherine in that they have the privacy to live their lives in peace .How terrible to leave your home and be faced with a battery of cameras .How disgusting to read about the state of your marriage on You Tube when you are recovering from surgery .I pray that Catherine and William stay strong.

  49. Hazel I am sorry you found your treatment inadequate but I think you can't compare yourself to H .You genuinely faced danger but he did not. I do not think he had PT S D but he does have a mental illness and problems with addiction . It is my understanding that H had therapy from an early age but he clearly still has problems .

  50. janeyre49 I believe H has had lots of help but he continues to take drugs . A therapist needs the cooperation of the patient and unfortunately H does not try to help himself.
