Marie Marie the Royal family correctly identified that she was too expensive to keep and she also had severe behavioural problems .In any event MM was intent on leaving the U K and had contracts lined up with Companies in the U S A. You could say the move had advantages for her and for her in laws therefore there is no need for an apology. Subsequently MM and H told a lot of lies and enabled the Royal Family to claim the moral high ground .

  3. Marie Marie it is possible that MM really believes the Harkles were kicked out of the U K .The truth is that MM's extraordinary behaviour made her position within the Royal family untenable .I think Queen Elizabeth played a blinder getting rid of the unlovely pair.
