Green cloud I think H is actually rather stupid and that is why he married MM and agreed to leave the Royal family .

Greencloud I applaud you for your thoughtful comment . I think H has decided to abandon his principles and moral code by permanently attaching himself to MM .The result has been disastrous for him as he is now just an accessory for his greedy wife . His father must be so disappointed and he no doubt appreciates that it would not be sensible to allow H or M to return to the U K in any capacity.

@ZsuzsannaBudapest The Memoir was not written by H as you really ought to know but by a professional hired to do the job. If the book was a best seller why was he carrying a suitcase full of copies across the Atlantic. The staff at his hotel needed cash but all H had to offer was copies of his ridiculous book .

@ZsuzsannaBudapest I regard carrying the books and leaving copies as tips for low paid staff as undignified and frankly insulting.

@MJMAC8302 MM is a woman who creates chaos to suit herself and she was presented with a unique opportunity when she came across a rather dim bulb in the shape of H . I feel that H must be aware that he is not telling the truth about his family but he knows that it is not sensible to argue with his malicious wife . 2024 will not be a good year for H & M but hopefully we will see less of them.

 @janegrainger3900 Well if H thinks MM is Diana he has never had a decent mother. Why should anyone sympathise with him when he clearly has such poor judgment.
