  4.  @fizz555  There are different types of lease and Andrew paid money for a 70 + year lease. H was given ( a gift ) a short lease and his landlord decided not to renew that lease which he was entitled to do .Andrew's lease still has years to run.

I strongly disagree as Andrew is doing the necessary repairs and as a General do not open up multiple fronts just deal with H & M first .An added complication is Sarah who is living at Royal Lodge while recovering from Breast Cancer. Think of the headlines " King threatens homeless Cancer survivor " or "Sarah in despair after Kings sends in the Baliffs. "
