@CountDuckEgg The war in Afghanistan was a U S War and some NATO countries provided assistance but the responsibility for strategy was of course with the U S. Please remember that it was Trump who decided to do a deal with the Taliban. Unfortunately it all went badly wrong and the resultant mess is down to your current President .
