A kiss on the lips is a very intimate gesture and the young lady was probably shocked .Even if he was over excited by the teams victory he should have restricted his kiss to her cheek or forehead. An early apology might have helped to reduce the pressure on Mr Rubiales but I think his resignation should be the end of this saga .
