  1. Jeanne the Harkles left their jobs to obtain a quiet life and privacy .Unfortunately they also wanted to make money by flogging of information about H's family. By having a high profile they have increased the security risk to themselves but this is nothing to do with the U K and the UK taxpayers should not have to pay the bill.

  3. Horse Designs there is absolutely no way that H is interested in balancing his time between the UK and the U S A .He has stated publicy he is happy in the U S A and to my knowledge it is rare for him to perform any duties in the UK as he usually is busy taking legal actions.
