As far as I can see MM was never able to earn a living as an actress and before becoming involved with H she was advised that her contract with the producers of Suits would not be renewed . I can only suggest that we know very little of MM 's financial situation except she needed financial support from her future father in law. Catherine in contrast supplied her own clothes including her wedding dress .
