@belladonnasartofhealing5573 I do not think Kensington Palace was deliberately dishonest but the staff were clearly very surprised by the discovery of Cancer Cells as were the Doctors. I think people have assumed Cancer is a disease of the elderly but in recent years more young people are developing the disease as exemplified by the Princess of Wales .

@belladonnasartofhealing5573 Cancer cells were found following a post operative check. The Doctors are not 100% certain that the operation removed all traces hence the Chemotherapy.

@DJTT-d9h You need to do a little work as you clearly do not understand Royal finances .Why not find out precisely what the taxpayer contributes and you will find it is actually very little .
