  3.  @DwayneShaw1  I have a soft spot for Bill Clinton and while I understand the prurient interest in his sex life I think the fuss made was a little overblown .The other issue with regard to Bill was a land deal but my impression is the G O P was in effect scraping the barrel. Trump's behaviour is of a very different magnitude as it is clear he wanted to lead a violent attempt to overthrow a valid election .This is not the American way and needs to be properly investigated with a view to prison time .

It used to really upset me to see Mike Pence gaze lovingly at Trump on formal occasions and I still feel contempt for the former Vice President .It is a small consolation to hear that the most fervent of Trumps supporters wanted to hang Pence which demonstrates that it is a very dangerous become close to a power-hungry and immoral narcissus.

It is clear that Trump is motivated by self interest and a lust for personal power and that his patriotism is skin deep but his supporters fail to notice his hypocrisy. He worked closely with Mike Pence who appeared to be loyal and dependable but Trump was willing to see him murdered by the mob he had inspired ; how can such behaviour be tolerated ?

I am anxious that Trump is punished for his criminal behaviour but I would like to see a research project which involves establishing why so many Americans were persuaded to vote for this dangerous man .I can't help but think that many Trump supporters are disenchanted with the way the U S A is run and the faults they identify need to be addressed .

  44.  @MajorAnthonyNelson  I am sorry but your version of events is incorrect .Trump was served with a subpoena but he didn't comply with it for many months .Before legal proceedings began he parted with approx 14 boxes of documents. A whistle-blower then contacted the F B I to say there are more documents and that is when the Judge authorised the search . Trump had his chances and he chose to mess around with the F B I which is not very sensible .
