  5.  @tharealmb  I am not a Politician but I think rejoining the E U is nothing to do with pride .The U K is split down the middle about the prospect of reversing Brexit and it would be rather stupid to take a risk for the sake of possible economic benefits in the future .The U K government has no choice but to try to take advantage of Brexit and to work hard to make it a success . In 50 + years it may be appropriate to take a look again but I am not certain that would be recommended either.
