  2. That's why I'm sticking to Chinese. Japanese was too difficult for me since it has so many components in one sentence and not every sentence is straightforward. And the speaking was backwards, so that threw me off. Speaking Chinese is hard and the spelling is a pain in the ass, but it's simpler to me when it comes to the straightforwardness. At least for now since I'm taking beginner classes.
