  1. That story about the mother and daughter buying Dior is such a red flag. I went to Coach to buy a wallet and I never went back or bought another Coach product or any high end luxury item because being treated like you’re insignificant is such a shitty thing to do and I don’t have time for people who treat me like shit. I thought it would be a fun thing to buy a luxury product, but no. It’s not fucking fun if you treat your customers like shit. Why does this work in luxury, but not food service?
