Still we know nothing about Charlie Rowley's job and life but just his medical conditions, which means that he could have had a British role in poisoning the russian spies with novichok as a covert operation instead of being the russians the ones who had a reason to eliminate their own spy, a useful spy for them (but not for the brits).
