  4.  @lordvaldivia  you are brainwashed and read western msm only. im not going to argue pointlessly on opinion, just those verifiable as facts. 1. internet is not only youtube. you can access cnn, bbc (as this video points out) as well as newyorktimes wallstreet journal economist guardian from china. you have not lived in china for 9 years. 2. if you have studied in singapore australia and us like i did, they are many foreign students from china and some have opted to be naturalised after several years. the reason is simple: better money doing the same work. you wont see them flocking to democratic poland india indonesia or brazil. the freedom reason is a lie for one universal observation across these countries - most asians dont picket. sydney, melbourne & new york have huge asian population, you wont see many of them march on the streets with banners protesting fringe rights (unless for racial violence recently). 3. that brain drain hit inflection point in 2008 (i just checked) when most students chose to return home instead. china companies pay excellent stem fresh grads us$40-50k these days mirroring american counterparts. 4. the wuhan doctor was censured but hailed as a hero a few months later. i know the west didnt cover this one. 5. the us is a mess precisely because of freedom of speech. the freedom to propagate covid hoaxes has led to 900k excess deaths. inciting freedom of movement led to massive ignoring of social distancing in many states. the states take opposite stance from the federal govt precisely due to this freedom. 6. worst of all 4 million voluntarily quit their jobs during a pandemic thanks to certain media showering praises on this myopic herdimg. no other country does that, no sane would think of quitting in a future of uncertainty; nobody but americans. it's yolo on steroids. disclosure: im a third world citizen working in the us (for the money).
