Comments by "Pepe Le Pew" (@pepelepew1227) on "This American Dad Is Fighting To Find His Abducted Children In Korea" video.
the kids chose their mother when questioned by korean authorities. the us courts also awarded sole custody !! suprisingly these details are not available in this video but can be found through googIe.

if you had looked up his bio, you would also know the kids wanted to be with mom and the us court then assigned sole legal & physical custody to Sichi

@deepalall647 googled a bit. 1. this is a zero sum settlement, either wife loses the children or he does. "The US court then assigned sole legal and physical custody to Sichi and authorised him to travel to Korea to retrieve his children." 2. the children wanted to be with their mom. "Sichi took issue with Korean officials’ prioritizing the opinion of the abductee children over the court’s decision on their custody." 3. the lawyer in this video is obviously on sichi's payroll and asian boss could at least get the mom's side of the story (at least the google portion). the law doesnt always get things right and i really want to know why the us court sided with sichi when usually >90% rules in favor of the mother (at least for domestic cases)

@imtranditional2686 learn to read. why the hell do i bother posting in full if you dont read? 😥 dad got sole legal and physical custody. at this point, it's a zero-sum game and this is all about the parents' ego like any other divorces. this is why i dont like one-sided videos

the kids chose to be with mom and, the us court then assigned sole legal and physical custody to Sichi. asian boss left out these details.

@leebitskz "feel" is speculating the man is a drunk, ruined her reputation or played around with immigration laws. i have written facts and every speculation on my side is equipped with the word may / might. i subscribed to asian boss on their promise to be neutral and tell both sides of the story. this is explicitly publicised in their early videos and their fundraising campaign. yet my suspicion was raised when the lawyer started speaking because it's obviously biased and upon rewinding the caption says 'attornet at law' instead of 'sichi's legal representative'
4
@imtranditional2686 i would have done the same had i lost. maybe you wont. anyway we havent heard the wife's side of the story. he might be a drunk scaring the kids but there is not enough evidence to prove that in court since she was physically out of the country.
3
@Nightscream452 thats HIS side and frankly i dont think thats the whole story. i came up with 2 new facts not covered in this video just by googIing. we all subscribe to asian boss because it's a neutral outlet but not in this case. the kids wanted to be with mom and we see no demands of alimony. surely she has at least done something right.
3
@november13 and what exactly is the best interest for the children .... is she a bad mom who would deprive her kids of education or high standard of living? both clearly have money so this is more of a parental ego issue. either way the kids will suffer most in a prolonged fight and the lawyers will get new teslas.
3
@november13 your name is pretty unique. just remember whatever you put out there today your kids will see them someday.
3
@elangbam3115 nah dad lives in a racially diverse and safe environment. my brother works there and that wealthy area is civilised. we have to be neutral. my beef with this video is its one-sided nature.
3
@silverstorm1000 we havent heard the mom's side of the story. a little googling revealed the us court awarded sole custody and the kids wanted to be with mom - both suprisingly not covered in this video. from the censored photos, she looks much younger than him and winning might have a lot to do with the price of lawyers.
3
@thepunisher2988 wrong. statistics show courts overwhelmingly sides with mothers for good reasons. your trust-me-bro opinion isnt worth a dime outside the local pub
2
@Devi_Seona you are wrong. a misogynist places the blame automatically on the woman while a rational person hears both sides of the story, giving zero benefit of doubt to one side. anyone who dont know the difference should get a proper education preferably in stem.
2
@lext.8813 again, relevance? source: trust me bro. i bet you're a physics professor in a physics debate too. good luck with life 😅
2
kids wanted to be with mom. The US court assigned sole legal and physical custody to Sichi.

@nope6908 just type in "john sichi" with quotation marks. also i hate the part where asian boss labelled min ji won as attorney at law instead of Sichi’s legal representative. her speech in this video got me googIing
1
@ravenoctober9936 he had already won full custody years before this video was made, so mentioning ca's joint custody laws is irrelevant. he's trying to give the impression his wife wont share when this has progressed to a zero sum event. to me, thats one-sided dishonesty.
1
@5567-s7s the oldest is 6 i think. you didnt know that because this is a one-sided video.
1
@ravenoctober9936 not irrelevant? thats interesting, lets see where your īq takes you: how are the viewers supposed to figure out that this is a zero-sum event based on his mention of ca's joint custody law? had the dad got what he wanted, we'll all be weeping for the mom. this is an ego issue like all other divorces.
1
@5567-s7s would you agree mentioning ca's joint custody law is no longer relevant? as for the age thing, it's up to potential petitioners to decide as long as the information is available. the more information the better. this is basic logic.
1
on an unrelated note, it hasnt escaped my notice that in the last few weeks many accounts make no other comments elsewhere in the channel other than this video 😐 and quite a few of them have accused me of being biased .......
1
@User-sb6er so whats the motive behind revealing cali's joint custody law in this video when he has long won sole custody ?
1
@briggs3217 friends of his but that was a month ago before the petition deadline expired
1
asian boss left out some crucial details. the kids wanted to be with mom and the us court gave sichi sole legal & physical custody
1
@chimerabachus100 another oddity in this video: south korea has compulsory education and the oldest kid is age 6 yet sichi claims none of them went to school. the sole legal & physical custody is a zero-sum judgement - either dad loses the kid forever or mom does. i would have kept my kids too, laws be damned.
1
@aravindsanjeev4150 john sichi is shrewd enough to reveal california being a joint custody state but fail to disclose he has been given sole legal & physical custody. this is the kind of straws you see everyday in finance and judging by your comment .... it obviously works.
1
@MyWorldIsYourOyster and what makes you think the father wont do the same? he's already falsely claiming their kids are denied schooling in a country with compulsory education.
1
@aravindsanjeev4150 you wouldnt hold on to your kids if the law says you cant see them? wow 😕 good for you man smh
1
@MyWorldIsYourOyster then the father have just Iied. not worded in a way that will bear ramifications in court, but still a Iie nonetheless. would you accept a decision where the law says you cant see your kids forever? i know i wouldnt.
1
@ZephyrAuraa The US court then assigned sole legal and physical custody to Sichi. also the kids wanted to be with mom
1
@wildflower1397 have you considered the woman couldnt afford good lawyers?
1
@november13 were yulchon hired at the american court and given enough time? like most middle-up divorces, this an ego issue. stephen played the devil's advocate in the korean net neutrality video: "what's the motivation for the other side doing what they did?" this is the kind of two-sided reporting that got people like me sticking around but this video is clearly one-sided.
1
@november13 i read them actually thats why i brought up the lawyer issue and i know her side doesnt have enough evidence to prove sichi is a drunk. the american court ruling was the pivotal one and the korean proceedings couldnt be won even if the mom had oj simpson's lawyers. also stop being dishonest, california's joint custody state no longer has any impact on this case - sichi have already won sole custody. either he loses the kids or the mom does so this is a zero sum outcome.
1
@mode_seven so why does the poster of the comment we are replying under still thinks it's a joint custody? inferred means the audience know right ..... more like poisoning the well.
1
@CMTZ1 i posted my reply above for one reason only: those information arent clearly stated in this one-sided video and the mission of asian boss is to tell both sides of the story. you might not care about the neutrality of this channel but i do.
1
@akuikott if it's such a great deal for the mom, why didnt sichi take it? you are a woman, put yourself in her shoes. i believe the mom should be punished in the same way the state should provide zero benefits to single parents & zero student loan forgiveness - personal responsibility. but we dont live in that world.
1
@november13 why did she refuse and what caused the 'minor' fight in the first place? stephen should have asked these questions like he did in the net neutrality one and the china lockdown. i believe in the mission of this channel while this video is all about getting the one-sided word out. it's so hard to get neutral news these days with all the geopolitical bs
1
@november13 im channeling my neutrality energy where it should be - here. if you cant accept hordes of people thinking critically, then poison your well somewhere else. for you it's an abduction. in my eyes and the many others who arent sympathetic to your cause despite the exposure, this is nothing but another parental ego issue.
1
@november13 if critical thinking is so great, you wont mind my replirs😕 these are all fair questions and it hasnt skipped my notice that many others who replied have only made 1-2 comments and all under this video. good luck with the crusade.
1
@november13 well .... going back would be useless for her now. the way i see it, time is on the mom's side as the children ages to a maturity level that the court will consider their voices.
1
@brennathecatlover4360 nah i actually think sichi is a good dad but i havent seen enough of the other side to judge her as a bad mom. what irks me most is actually this video - it's one sided. halfway through the lawyer's speech, i rewind to see the caption saying 'attorney at law' instead of 'sichi's attorney'. i subscribe to asian boss for the neutrality. if i wanted biased news, i'd watch cnn.
1
@brennathecatlover4360 we havent heard the other side of the story. if you want to take sichi's side based on this video, that's your problem.
1
@fc7307 from sichi's visits, the kids looked healthy well-fed in a spacious house and the visiting authorities sees no signs of malnourishment or abuse. obviously the mom hasnt neglected her duties. this is a mom vs dad ego issue, no matter how many wells are poisoned. while dad won in the courts, the mom made clever use of a loophole precedent. im unfazed by the waving of hague conventions knowing the united states didnt sign some of them (google up 'hague invasion act').
1
@fc7307 the courts found no sufficient proof of abuse. the mom flew back with nothing more than a smartphone. what evidence is there to gather? the korean forums said this wasnt his first marriage. go take a look at the petition page. as of now it only has 614 signatures out of a required 50,000 with 22 days to go from a 1 month deadline. find out why. take note that sichi has done very well to get exposure for his solo crusade receiving coverage on us & korea national television and at least 3 major southeast asian countries.
1
@hzzn did asian boss contact her lawyers or last known residence? why were crucial details left out of the video?
1
@thepunisher2988 it goes both ways including shared custodies. the father would badmouth the mom during his turn and vice versa.
1
@homeland1128 i havent mentioned anything that you couldnt google. maybe it's the disappointment that comes with my expectation of asian boss being neutral, which is rare these days.
1
@hollybroxson5635 when's the last time you left your room? i work in nyc and the us system has produced rulings resulting in some of the worst child delinquency and household instability rates -- far from exemplary for any country.
1
@hollybroxson5635 sichi lost the petition by a mile despite such broad appeal. the people of south korea has spoken.
1
and whats stopping dad from doing the same? benefit of doubt i guess
1
@JanineAnita the kids wanted to be with mom and, the us court then assigned sole legal & physical custody to Sichi
1
@bleromafia or a flaw in the us court. thats not suprising given the level of racial riots where people dont trust the system.
1
@Chichibu01 why do you ask?
1
asian boss left out the part where kids wanted to be with mom, and the US court assigned sole legal & physical custody to Sichi
1
@lext.8813 relevance? spinning discussions into straws (typical libart 😅) must have worked really well for your life. youtube isnt your local pub / coffeeshop - refer back to the rationality part.
1
@lext.8813 relevance? you have added nothing to this discussion except to troII me. so much for rationality 😅 learn to cope with hard truths.
