  48. im a bit skeptical about this project. indonesia created this for $7.3billion while china spends $2.5 billion for the same distance. the avg ticket price is around $20 for a 45-minute hsr while a 3 hour ride using other mode cost abt $5. unlike the laos one, this one is designed solely for transporting passengers without freight cargo.
