@tsarnicholasii419 i dont see anything wrong in this video. the beatings are meant to hurt, not scar so the bridge guy probably died from something else. you cannot expect poor countries to use the western way because it costs too much and money doesnt grow on trees so there have to be priorities.

@tsarnicholasii419 it's always convenient to be ignorant. the phds in sociology in your country would know the answer .... it's the cost. in developed countries: 1) officers need to be trained to follow procedures 2) facing an army of ambulance chasers, it would be a drag of time on the justice system. 3) the social workers tasked with following up. these need to be schooled too. 4) dedicated rehab facilities need contractors, engineers, safety auditors. all these require money. or option a) drag the addicts using fear, house them in makeshift facilities and utilise a mixture of methadone & cold turkey. i can give you another example with prisoner cost. the "human rights" model requires $50,000 a year to house an inmate. issue that amount in microloans or student loans and you will take 3 people off the streets permanently.

Karmatic Frequency nah that tsar is just ignorant, probably gets a low quality degree but consider himself educated. them people like praising their kids for every mediocrity so they grew up into slow albeit confident adults.

@tsarnicholasii419 then show us how you will handle these addicts a) without violence and b) cheaply. come one then, i want to see how ignorant you are. remember the afghans are in an economic crisis and in these times they are more likely to be addicted esp when supply is a nearby farm.
