  2. saudi's opec cartel pretty much ruined america's capacity to supply europe significantly. it was $20 merely 2 years ago (the rate only the mid east and venezuela can survive), the american oil company ($50) went bust and at $110 now russia ($35) are easing over the mass boycott.
