  1. Its hard for an intelligent guy to teach dumbos because the latter is simply too lazy to discern right from wrong. There is no way to teach concept of collective immunity when the overwhelming majority are too horrible in math to understand probability. So the politicians had to use simple languages to get the message across and these always lack crucial details easily exploitable by any opposition. As the saying goes in cybersecurity, there is no glory in doing a good job and a lot of blame when things go wrong.
