HenryDavidT your taxes funded the biggest terrorist activities in the world. all but a few build overseas military bases, much alone hundreds of them under the guise of protecting commercial interest. you have simply been brainwashed to miss the obvious. america is present in every major war and they didnt want to leave. how is it logical that the us media shows iraqi villagers welcome invading us soldiers only to have iraqi democratically-elected legislators voting a bill to kick the us out? and the us media only covered that story because trump was stupid enough to tweet about it while the iraqi contempt for america have been featured in al-jazeera for years due to the many colonial-like rules. it's not one of those biased coverage where the camera pointed at a scene and the narrator tell whatever story they want. the al jazeera features official documents, googleable national legislations and supported by indicators such as 4000:1 currency devaluation ($1 billion shrinking to a mere $25k) amid a puzzlingly staggering increase in debt & oil production. it's a global sin that you chose to pay taxes.

aside from the seaweed farm that local korean media have covered, this video shows very little proof of how things work. low quality journalism. a fee observations: the hostel scene is simply pointing a camera at a house and narrating any story they want. where are the guards keeping the homeless from running away after a few weeks of free food & lodging? there are a lot of indicators showing modern slavery in south korea is rare. they have very good worker laws making them one of the few desirable countries for overseas migrant workers. a fiercely independent legal system to counter a culture of corrupt elites. e.g. i have never seen ANY country investigate and indict that many past & sitting presidents and corporate old-money patriarch. it's sad that many of the comments here are borne out of racism, ignorance and a lazy penchant towards quality reading that leads to a mininum level of critical thinking.
