@miketothe2ndpwr Correct. It also wouldn't be an item valuable enough to keep in a treasure-hold with coins and other valuable objects.

@Pangora2 Exactly. He has all this time, money, and resources, yet he can't start up his own digsites? He can't actually do the work to try finding it instead of waiting for actual archeologists to go on a wild goose chase? Come on.

@Scy The piece of plastic would likely survive. Also wtf are you on about anyway? We literally have wood and even LEATHER artifacts from 10,000 years ago that have survived.

@steventhompson399 And yet, somehow Graham ISN'T perpetuating any racist ideas... when all the places people are convinced were Atlantean sites are always non-European.

@neolithictransitrevolution427 An ADVANCED Neolithic civilization far beyond anything we've currently achieved in a coastal area that hasn't turned up a single piece of evidence is indeed the same level as "there might be a world in the furniture".

That's my own personal view. It's a test of skill, which is why it wasn't mentioned and has no visible purpose, but was still valuable enough to keep as a treasured possession.

@georgecisneros5281 You hilariously missed the point, good job

@azavit >It's a challenge to craft so it shows some skill In fact that's one of the major theories, that it was an item you made to prove your skill as a metalsmith for customers or status in a craftsman's collegium, much like the medieval guilds Magnum Opus

There weren't even 12 coins that the romans used why would you need 12 sides instead of a flat piece of metal? Not to mention the knobs on it.

@bengiyardimli1925 Except unlike God who is claimed to literally be on a different plain of existence, Graham and Atlantis-types are claiming it was a globe-spanning civilization, yet without a single piece of it left behind.

You're not incredibly clever by pointing out that we're all bacteria, mate.

19 December 19 What's the name of said unchanging worms?

@DrJD123 Not all of them. But usually ones involving science and historical research, certainly.
