  3. What exactly is the meaning of 'retirement"? I ask you. I like to work with my staff. That is the spice of life, and they depend on me as much they do on me. The fantasy of retirement means death. Word of advise. Be as physically and mentally active as possible while young so you can age properly and work. In my country elders can still work when able during benefits, and the young people are generous and kind to their elderlies. This is all based upon the philosophies of I-Ching, Plato, and Marcus Aurelius. Russia doesn't have a philosophy! I feel there is a severe dis-connect between seniors and the youth of Russia, and this is how this conflict with Ukraine will stop that if the people of Russia as whole don't stop this war. I've lived with the Ukrainian community all of my life. They are not Russian and Russia needs to leave to solve their own differences!
