  1. Who exactly are the leaders of the African delegation? The deplorable state of South African justice or a re-incarnation of Adi Amin perhaps? Also; I think that this channel should make it quite clear of the mess that the French have made of north Africa as a whole since the early 1950's. There is no dialogue here. Both China and Russia will continue to corrupt Africa against the West. Read your history.
