If his military even contemplates such an act as Russia's top foreign minister threatened the U.N. with; Russia is poised to become a wasteland of absolute destruction as Putin has made of Ukraine already. His idea is an apocalyptic statement from his fool of absolute hypocrisy! And! very quickly the Russian people are going to strongly wake up to fact they are going to have to severely deal with a mob of nut jobs in their government and military very soon.
