  2. All foreign embassies must be moved and set up in Ukraine as Canada has done in Kyiv the day before Putin's 'victory day' by his 'glorious' Stalin. Ukraine is an independent European state locked into a war of attrition by Russia. There will be no peace agreement with Russian dictator Putin's corrupt government. They must leave and be prepared for reparation damages they've caused to Europe. Russia must desist and arrest Vladimir Putin for over whelming crimes of he has caused against their country as well as Ukraine and other surrounding states to them. If they do not they will be feeling severe hardship for several decades. As of Monday, May the 9th, 2022 Russia is a pariah snake of the planet earth.

Putin's nuclear threats against the west are a sure sign of cowardice; because that is what cowards do. They threaten their very own people, as they are doing now.
