  1. Once all Ukraine regions are liberated from Russian aggression: 1. Russia must surrender. 2. Putin must resign and be brought to trial. 3. Russian regions along the borders of Ukraine must be de-militarized with strict border controls from either side. A buffer zone to re-gain both sides to a minimal amount of sanity. 4. A no fly zone of Russian air craft of any kind must be implemented over eastern European air space. Belarus is not a part of eastern Europe. It is a proxy state of Russia and will continually be monitored by the EU and NATO. 5. Reparation damage will be required from Russia via the EU and UN; not directly toward Ukraine. Any attempt of Russification in Eastern Europe is forbidden both culturally and economic due to historical and current events. These 5 will help to bring stability to Europe and Russia; however we are all dealing with neo-Stalinists in Moscow.
